Barbara is an Executive Recruiter & Business Development Manager.  She brings over fifteen years of recruiting, business development and management experience.  Barbara’s business experience was gained while in operating roles across various industries, including full responsibility for setting up and managing two start-ups, staffing multiple departments for a professional services company and managing over 30 team members as well as contributing to Business Development efforts in various global markets.

Barbara is a big proponent of servant leadership and places emphasis on building relationships.

Barbara also enjoys spending time with family, playing piano, the opera and contributing to a health and beauty blog.
