Arion Pernaris

Arion is a Business Development Manager.  Since joining our team she has excelled as an executive recruiter and now leads our Accounting and Finance Temporary staffing practice.  In this role she oversees client relationship management and recruiting.  Arion’s passion and commitment to building effective relationships and elevating the “people aspect” of an organization is what drives her success in the industry.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and International Business from Florida International University.  Prior to joining Segrera Associates, Arion worked on the accounting teams at Florida International University and Aramark.

 Arion also enjoys freelancing as a photographer and collecting music memorabilia.
